In the period 2021-2023, thirty municipalities / groups of municipalities from the North, Center, South and ATU Gagauzia have implemented projects intended to improve communal services, with the support of the “MĂ IMPLIC” project from the funds of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.

16 municipalities / group of municipalities implemented projects in the field of the solid waste management service. 11 interventions focused on water supply and sanitation (wastewater transport and treatment). Street lighting services was improved in three other localities.

In the partner communes, municipality representatives, service providers and citizens worked together to organize the provision of communal services in a participatory, efficient, inclusive and sustainable way.
