The overall goal of the project MĂ IMPLIC in Phase 2
is to contribute to strengthening local governance and
increasing the population’s access to better public services.
At the local level, the project supports 14 groups of local public authorities (LPAs) in carrying out their assigned functions, in a participatory, efficient, inclusive, and sustainable manner:
At the national level, the project provides support to the government in promoting and coordinating the reform of local public administration, with the aim of addressing this initiative in an efficient, effective, and transparent manner.
