At the local level, the project will support local public administrations (LPA) in 30 targeted partner localities/group of localities, to manage service provision in a participatory, effective, inclusive, and sustainable way.
At the national level, the project will support the policy, legal and financial environment is favourable for quality public service provision and decentralization reform.
The project will offer support to 30 targeted partner municipalities/group of municipalities and will support the decentralization reform.
In this work, numerous activities are organized, at the local and national level. All these can be found in the calendar of activities.
30 municipalities / groups of municipalities from the North, Center, South and ATU Gagauzia are implementing projects intended to improve communal services, with the support of the “MĂ IMPLIC” project from the funds of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
The “MĂ IMPLIC” project is implemented by Skat Consulting Ltd (Skat)
from Switzerland in the period 2019-2023.
Skat is an independent consulting company and resource center,
working in the fields of development and humanitarian aid
in transition and developing countries.

in all activity areas of the project
