The MĂ IMPLIC Project is seeking an experienced and strategically minded professional to join its team as Policy Reform Component Manager.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the project’s policy reform component and serve as its strategic interface with Moldova’s Local Government Reform. The role combines strategic policy engagement, evidence-based support, stakeholder coordination and adaptive project management.

Applicants should have at least seven years of relevant professional experience, solid knowledge of public administration and local governance, and proven experience working with government institutions and development partners. Fluency in Romanian and English and a good command of Russian are required.

The position is funded until October 2027, with a potential extension until October 2030, subject to donor approval and funding for the project’s next phase.
